Check out the Wedding Planner Dish section on page 32, where I share helpful tips to planning a Minnesota wedding. I couldn't be more thrilled to have Jessica + Ryan's button inspired wedding with images by Collin Hughes Photographs featured as well. The issue is on newsstands now, so be sure to pick up a copy!

It is also a HUGE honor to be voted by Knot brides as The Knot MN Best of Weddings in the wedding planning category! My team and I are truly humbled and thankful to have our wonderful couples vote for us. We can't THANK YOU enough!

Inspiration |Modern Citrus Shoot - Evening Look

Now that I’ve shared our Day Look, I’m excited to share our Evening Look! We chose to create a look to appeal to couples hosting an indoor event. Many styled shoots showcase beautiful designs in the outdoors but some couples may think, “How does this translate for our big day?” So we sought out to create a look very similar to our Day Look but fitting for a beautiful indoor space. It was a fun challenge that the wedding professionals we worked with were up for!
The Minneapolis Institute of Arts’ Reception Hall was such a great space to transform.  Cadence & Eli worked beautifully with the lighting to further enhance the ideal look of the space in an evening setting. The design elements of the evening look involved citrus-infused centerpieces, crystal and sliver pieces, and of course clear chiavari chairs. I’m also thrilled to share the highlight reel created by RE:Live Films. We hope you are inspired by our creation!

Gretchen Berry Design Co’s sophisticated but bold invitation suite and paper goods set the tone for the shoot, from the personalized place settings, menus, to the dessert table signs.

Sadie’s Couture Floral & Event Styling created show-stopping floral arrangements surrounding silver and crystal pieces.

The delectable dessert bar by Cocoa & Fig included Pistachio Macaroons, Carrot Cake Cupcakes, Key Lime Shooters, Rice Krispy Treats, Vanilla Cake Lollipops, and New York Cheesecakes.

Our bride, Maconnie Dukuly, was stunning in Elizabeth Fillmore’s sleek gown Garbo from L'atelier Couture Bridal, paired with NELLE’s Classic for an elegant look.
